2% Ophthalmic Hydroxypopyl Methylcellulose 1.0ml  is an optically clear fluid of high static viscosity, formulated from a dilute solution of a non-proteinaceous high molecular weight synthetic carbohydrate polymer. 2% Ophthalmic Hydroxypopyl Methylcellulose 1.0ml integrates this synthetic polymer with a solution metabolically critical salts and buffers that mimic the characteristics of the human aqueous, including osmolality, ionic strength, and pH. 


2% Ophthalmic Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose 1.0ml Intended Use:

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose for Ophthalmic for Ophthalmic Surgery, which are suitable for cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation and removal surgery, eye trauma and other eye surgery, are used to maintain anterior chamber depth in the ophthalmology operation and smear the operational instruments to prevent the cornea endotheliocyte from mechanical damage. They can be used only once to effectively avoid latrogenic cross- infection of the users or patients.
